As a Domain Architect for the tour operating systems in Northern Europe, I was responsible for the comprehensive architecture and design of the system landscape, supporting the planning, production, sales, and delivery of holiday experiences. My role focused on driving both strategic and technical development, ensuring the system landscape was future-ready, scalable, and aligned with business goals.Key Responsibilities- Architectural Leadership: Led the design of new functionalities and established technical strategies, visions, and roadmaps to future-proof the system estate.- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engaged daily with internal teams, including developers, QA, operations, product managers, business stakeholders, and fellow architects. Externally, I worked with third-party suppliers, affiliates, and solution vendors to ensure seamless system integration and alignment.- Enterprise Alignment: Served as the primary architectural representative for Northern Europe within the Enterprise Architecture Team. As a Solutions Architect, I was responsible for the overall architecture and development of IGT’s white-label, multi-tenant online gaming system. My role combined strategic leadership and hands-on design, ensuring the system remained scalable, future-ready, and aligned with both customer needs and technical strategy.Key Responsibilities- End-to-End System Ownership: Led the architectural design, development of new functionalities, and long-term technical strategy for a multi-tenant gaming system.- Stakeholder Collaboration: Worked closely with internal teams, including developers, QA, product managers, account managers, and production teams, as well as external stakeholders like customers and 3rd-party providers (e.g., game and payment providers) to ensure seamless integration and alignment.- Enterprise Technical Leadership: As a member of the Global Technical Architecture Team, I contributed to the development, supervision, and alignment of the overall technical architecture across all IGT systems.Key Achievement- Peak Performer Award: Awarded to the top 1% of employees globally in recognition of outstanding achievements and technical excellence.This role required a blend of strategic foresight, technical execution, and stakeholder alignment. Started as lead developer / architect for the online sports betting system. A part from general development of the system I was also greatly involved in the design and development of the in-game/live betting system. Outlined a design for a new REST based odds feed as well as designed a new improved API for system integration with the sports betting system.Continued as main developer for integration of a mini casino provider in the poker system.

I began my career at Nasdaq OMX, where I spent 8 years working on critical systems that power global financial exchanges. My role evolved from software developer to Lead Developer and Scrum Master, reflecting my growing influence in system design, development, and team leadership.Key Responsibilities- System Development & Design: Worked on the CLICK derivatives trading system, contributing to internal business operation front-ends and backend exchange systems for multiple external exchange customers. Supported bid and design studies for new customer implementations.- Technical Leadership: Served as Lead Developer and Scrum Master for a team of 15 developers and testers building the frontend client for a new exchange system. Collaborated on requirements, design, and development to drive successful system delivery.- System Performance & Optimization: Enhanced the performance and memory management of the Trading Workstation for the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX). Designed and developed a new trading workstation with a SOA-based client/server architecture, optimizing performance and usability.This role allowed me to develop a solid foundation in system development, software architecture, and leadership. I played a key role in the evolution of global financial trading systems, from frontend client applications to backend exchange platforms, supporting both technical excellence and collaborative team delivery.
