With over 25 years of experience in the general insurance industry I am currently employed as LMI Group’s Chief Operating Officer. I am responsible for providing vision and guidance to the leadership and management teams. With a strong emphasis on the implementation of operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures to support the effective growth of the Group ensuring its financial strength and operating efficiency.Previously, LMI's Chief Digital Knowledge Officer and a National Claims Executive, Forensic Accountant where I prepared financial (Business Interruption) claims and major loss Material Damage claims for our partner Insurance Broker's Clients. I have also acted in the capacity of an Expert Witness.I am a Fellow CIP of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF (Fellow) CIP); a Fellow of Australasian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters (FCLA); a Fellow of Institute of Insurance Claims Professionals (FIICP); a Fellow of International Federation of Adjusting Associations (FIFAA) and an Associate Member of the Business Continuity Institute (AMBCI).
