My responsibilities included the support for Gate Keeper / Build Tracker system, a build process that includes the installation of a Windows 7 images and applications on Mobile devices for multiple hardware platforms. Responsibilities also included the support of users, partners and stakeholders of the Internal Systems for the Windows Mobile Team. This includes design, development, testing and deployment of internal web applications using XML, VBS, HTML, T-SQL and ASP.Net. The ultimate goal was to create an automated process to generate reports and configure internal systems for automated test passes. Responsibilities also included the installation, configuration, management and troubleshooting of more than 200 Windows Servers. Relevant Software Experience:XML, VBS, T-SQL, HTML, ASP.Net and SQL 2008.

•My contributions helped increase utilization of the lab by 66%, with a subsequent decrease in lab spending from $600K per year to $300K.•Managed LAN from inbound T3 to networked Cisco 2948/2920’s, to Telesysn switches, to 300 individual room ports.•Expert Level at designing and building specialty servers, including FTP, Sharepoint, UIP, Clustering, Load Managing and Print Management…etc.•Managed all lab hardware negotiation through Compaq, Hewlett Packard and Intel.•Engineered the installation and uptime of three multimedia kiosk’s including 50-disc CD/DVD burners, HP printers and plotters. •One of few engineers to be granted management of his lab’s OTG corporate cable room.•Planned, coordinated, and implemented network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware.•Monitored network performance to determine needed adjustments and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future.
