In an attempt to document our relocation to a 2nd world nation and facing numerous frustrating, unexpected or unexplained differences of living out of the USA, I embarked on documenting our daily life and experiences here in the Bahamas. As member of Board of Directors I volunteered to take over managing a staff of 6 and over 200 weekly volunteers in all areas of day-to-day operations due to lack of direction and growth. Established new annual fundraising events. Most notable, the “Freedom Ride and Rodeo”, which included sponsorships from local NBC affiliate station, local children’s hospitals and related businesses. Through aggressive Social Media campaign, public relations, print and face-to-face discussions generated extensive media coverage for event (TV, radio, print, online). These efforts allowed me to expand my knowledge of branding, social media, direct marketing, merchandising, concept design, financial planning, executive and personnel development.

Responsibilities included identifying strategic vendors, vendor round-tables with corporate management, managing contractual negotiations and monitoring compliance. Worked with IT management and project teams to develop strategy for selection and then implementation of corporate-sponsored intranet social networking solution and online banking and mortgage initiatives.

Responsible for identifying project requirements, resource assessment and application in addition to technical requirements for projects.

Responsible for the procurement of diverse investment ventures for company portfolio. This included the market analysis, planning, development and identification of various venture capital and financial resources for new and/or existing business opportunities. Industry focus was healthcare, movie production, hotel, hospitality/resort, and automobile racing.

Merged existing business (AdTech, Inc.) with national software consulting company. Developed and implemented strategies for recruiting and human resource department within this diverse and growing financial, manufacturing and healthcare consulting company. *Increased percentage of secured business based on consultant availability by 53%and reduced hiring expenses by 44% and grew company from total billings of $1 Million dollars to $5.5 Million yearly. *Impacted corporate profit margins on use of independent contract consultants by an average of 22% and salaried employees by 19% annually while developing successful business strategy which resulted in procurement of Fortune 500 companies and industry recognized leaders for consulting services. *Developed and implemented candidate/employee tracking, qualification testing system, job definitions and scaled compensation system which dramatically increased level of success and presence in company request for proposals (RFP's).

Developed industry presence in the Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) marketplace by developing specialized practice for this national recruiting company. Numerous awards and recognition’s within company and industry recognized.
