I am Managing Director of The Entheo Network an Innovation and lifestyle company co- founded by myself and Natalie Turner in 2006. I have over thirty years’ experience working in the arts and creative industries in a variety of financial management roles. Focused on developing a strong platform for sustainable growth, I am a specialist in creating and maintaining financial management, operations, and IT systems. Our primary brand is the The Six 'I's® of Innovation (2009), which is offered through a suite of services by a trained group of Six ‘I’s® Certified Practitioners around the world. I have been instrumental, in partnership with our IT specialists, in creating and managing the development of the Six ‘I’s® profile management and reporting system. I am also responsible for the commercial aspects of the organisation as it grows internationally. Our other brands include Women Who Lead (2013) Yes You Can Innovate (2018) and Music for the Soul (2020). Prior to setting up The Entheo Network, I was engaged as a management and project accountant for the Barbican Arts Centre in London. I also acted as a financial consultant for the UK Government within the educational sector. Beyond my specialism in working with entrepreneurial ventures, I am a professional in-person and virtual DJ and creator of the Brand Music for the Soul.
