Following Walmart's decision to join NPD's POS sales tracking panel in in early 2012, I moved to Bentonville, Arkansas to help Walmart's Entertainment team maximize their use of NPD data. In this role, I worked directly on-site with the Entertainment merchants and leadership team bringing insights and analysis to help them with their business management and strategic planning.

In this role I was responsible for the strategic management of the Non-Games software line of business. This includes ensuring NPD had the right products to serve the market, managing client relationships, and managing NPD's overall category strategy to meet our growth objectives.

In this role I personally managed two strategic accounts in NPD's technology group (Dell and Logitech), and managed a team that oversaw 24 tech accounts.

DisplaySearch was the leading provider of research and analysis for the flat panel display industry. In my role, I contributed in many ways including improving sales and renewal processes, managing conferences, and managing many strategic projects. Key accomplishments included:• Created several key business reporting tools for DisplaySearch to improve sales team management, renewal performance, and future business forecasts.• Developed complex Renewal Status report to improve company awareness of client renewals. Company product renewal rate increased 12% in three months following initial report creation.• Managed flagship USFPD conference

The Home Theater Store was a mid- to high-end audio/video design and installation company focusing on delivering custom home theaters, distributed audio and video solutions, and high performance single room systems. As COO, I personally handled all project management, HR, accounting, marketing and vendor relationships for the company, while also overseeing our store’s product mix, sales strategy, and customer relations. Key accomplishments included:• Oversaw 14 consecutive quarters of growth while increasing company revenue from <$1M to nearly $4M.• Built significant base of satisfied customers through careful project management and strong interpersonal skills.• Hired, developed, and maintained a team of 11 solid employees to facilitate company operations.

ARS was a market intelligence company focused on providing competitive marketing information and analysis to vendors in the PC, Printer, Networking, Imaging, and Consumer Electronic industries. The ARS client base was composed of high-level management, product managers, and market research managers.Key accomplishments included:• Grew revenue from research services 100% in three years, from $3M to $6M• Implemented effective analyst structure to maximize team development, communication, and efficiency.• Expanded service coverage from 20 categories to over 35 with minimal personnel expansion.

Lawson Software is a provider of Accounting, Human Resource, Distribution and Materials Management software solutions. My primary responsibilities at Lawson included developing new marketing collateral software demos and creating electronic slides for annual client conference.
