My wife Katherine and I have been a licensed Foster Family Home in San Diego County since 2003, taking in newborns, infants and toddlers. In 2015, Heritage Technologies re-acquired control of the IP from Megger. Later that year, my wife and I, with the help of our daughters, devoted ourselves full-time to caring exclusively for medically fragile and developmentally delayed newborns, providing a home and coordinating the care these babies need to thrive in spite of their challenging circumstances.We have had the honor and good fortune to work among giants in the professional and volunteer service organizations in our community while caring for these children: social workers, Court Appointed Special Advocates, children’s attorneys, pediatricians, therapists, and, of course, other foster families. This infrastructure of available service providers has evolved over time to the extent that allows me now to resume my career interests while maintaining our level of commitment and devotion to the children in our care.

I was retained as Telecom Market Development Manager by Megger upon their acquisition of Heritage in 2011, working within the reach of their global channels. Market and customer trends in the dynamic telecommunications industry drove product line extention, and I liasied within Megger departmental sturctures to respond to demand. Expanded product presence in US, CALA, APAC and the UK.

Beginning in 2005, I co-founded and served as Marketing Director of Heritage Technologies with other telecom industry veterans experienced in meeting customers’ technical requirements. The Company’s focus was a feature/value proposition through intuitive design engineering, accuracy and speed of operation that distinguished our product offering among users including US independent telephone companies and tier one operators in Europe and Latin America.

I began my career in telecommunications in 1991 at Tempo Research Corporation, then an emerging telecom test equipment manufacturer in Southern California. I was VP Sales and Marketing throughout a remarkable growth cycle, expanding our sales and distribution channels in the US, and expanding into Europe and Latin America. We sold Tempo to Greenlee/Textron, a Fortune 500 company, in 2001, and after a transition period I resigned to spend more time with my growing family.
