As an associate attorney at Bernstein Shur, I help clients achieve optimal outcomes in all business/corporate law-related matters. I draft and negotiate contracts, licenses, and agreements, conduct legal research and writing, and handle general business law issues. I work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, where I demonstrate time management, teamwork, and public speaking skills.I graduated from Vermont Law School with an accelerated Juris Doctor degree in January 2024. I completed courses in intellectual property, advanced appellate advocacy, sales, First Amendment, and national security. I also provided legal services to low-income clients as a student clinician, gaining practical experience in family, criminal, business, and property law. I passed the Uniform Bar Examination and will be sworn in following graduation. I am passionate about law and justice, and proficient in Microsoft Office, LexisNexis, Westlaw, and Clio.
