I have been practicing as a registered nurse (RN) for the last 11 years. I believe in individualized holistic care and dedicate my time with each resident to ensure their needs are met. I am an effective communicator, and address concerns in a timely matter, which results in exceptional patient safety and increased satisfaction. With my Master's level education, I feel confident in my ability to provide care in the primary care setting. I have completed over 625 clinical hours throughout my education. I have worked alongside outstanding preceptors in primary care, pediatrics, women’s health, and urgent care. Throughout my clinical time, I have gained skills in advanced assessment, diagnostics, treatment plan development, disease management and procedural interventions. My experience as a registered nurse, in addition to my advanced education, as an APRN ensure I am capable of providing educated, safe quality care.My goal is to find a long-term position promoting health and wellness to patients across the lifespan with an emphasis on preventative medicine. With my current job experience, it is apparent that there is a need to focus on primary preventative medicine, improving longevity and quality of life for patients in our community. My care will be delivered in a patient-centered holistic approach, with the goal of increasing the overall quality of life.
