Providing compassionate, nationwide support to individuals in crisis by exploring their situation, guiding them toward actionable next steps, and connecting them with valuable resources. Secured bipartisan sponsorship in both the House and Senate for Hammers' Law which, if ratified, will reform antiquated maritime law to protect American travelers abroad. Educate key members of Congress’ legislative directors about the problems with existing antiquated maritime law and garner their support for change. The bill, named in honor of my grandparents who were killed on a ship, will protect millions of trusting passengers.

Provided supportive case management, parent coaching, and supervised child visits, along with facilitating safe exchanges for children of parents with a history of conflict or domestic violence. Documented visits and exchanges for court reporting, worked with families affected by abuse and trauma, and gained exposure to various legal cases involving family issues. Developed key professional skills including communication, observation, de-escalation, and knowledge of non-profit operations and trauma-informed care practices.

Crafted and implemented a summer school enrichment curriculum for grades two through seven. Directed a team of two assistants and led classrooms of up to twenty students.

Handpicked as the inaugural student for a pioneering neuroplasticity program that forges novel neural pathways in the brain. I am the first student to master this program in a remote, self-paced setting. Collaborated directly with the Arrowsmith Program’s founder to identify and implement program refinements. Provided mentorship to subsequent participants, coaching them through challenges and frustration.

Optimized customer experiences and fostered a friendly community. Proactively engaged and addressed customer needs, resolved challenges, and spearheaded the design and management of our social media strategy to drive membership sales. Led sales tours of prospective new members.
