As a front desk team lead for Keystone Lodge and Spa I oversee day to day operations of the front desk in collaboration with my assistant front desk manager and front desk manager. I am tasked with collaborating with various departments within the hotel, including valet, housekeeping, maintenance, reservations, condos, our conference center, and banquet teams. Additionally, ensuring stakeholders of Keystone Lodge and Spa are satisfied is a priority of mine and my fellow staff, which includes problem solving and guest dissatisfaction avoidance. I am tasked with this any given day with the responsibility of mitigating this dissatisfaction and offering solutions.I graduated from Georgia College & State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing in 2022. I also have real life experience in sports medicine and athletics from four years as a collegiate softball player and two years as the president of the University's Student Athletic Advisory Committee. My professional passions include continuous learning, customer service, cross-division collaboration and team building. My personal passions including functional fitness, healthy living, research on sustainability and human biology, and any adrenaline boosting activity. I am motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives through hospitality, and I value teamwork, integrity, and kindness as a driver of this force!
