Served as a Senior Business Analyst within the Power Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) Project Management Organization. Assisted in authoring, editing, and data analysis across a wide variety of regulatory reporting and internal projects. As the subject matter expert for customer notification accuracy for PSPS events, worked cross-functionally to determine what data was necessary and/or missing in order to complete investigation into reasons why customers did not receive notifications in PSPS events. Set up new data pipelines in Palantir Foundry and wrote analyses in PySpark to facilitate completing these investigations within 3-5 day timeline after events.
