• Supervise and guide Finance Team member on overall Finance aspects and responsibilities
• Perform month-end accounting task including bank reconciliations, accruals checking, and other account reconciliations with intercompany related transaction
• Manage and record fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and liabilities schedule
• Review entries by Finance Team member and check invoice and credit note issued
• Liaise with clients on billing discrepancies and verify with Operations Team on liquidated damage claimed by clients before credit note issuance
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with accounting principles

• Prepare payment summary report for daily, weekly, and monthly officers salary including payment vouchers
• Handle payroll related matters, ensuring fair and prompt release or freeze (by instruction of operations department and management) salary payment to all employees
• Liaise closely with HR, Administrative and Operations department on reported attendance and wages matters to ensure salary payment are made correctly
• Generate payslip for full-timer staffs using iRepSecurity software
• Verify discrepancies of attendance by time sheet and payment before deadline
• Attending to site officers enquiries with regards to payroll matters and complaints

• Independently issue customers’ invoice, delivery orders, credit notes, purchase orders, and quotation
• Maintain office supplies and purchase materials for in-house production stocks and sales order
• Accurately attach part drawings and QC report to items and packing list
• Raise payment vouchers and cheques to process staff’s claims and suppliers’ bills
• Prepare monthly report on sales and expenses
