Oversee the entirety of a product's life cycle within our com business. Work closely with vendors to obtain assets and converse regularly about timelines, embargo's, asset issues, page updates, and more. Also work closely with assistant buyers, buyers, the fashion office, photo studio, copy team, EJM's, and marketing team. Responsible for moving about 250 styles weekly through the workflow to ensure they are live on time. During this process I will connect with the necessary teams to get past workflow obstacles, such as copy declines or site standard issues. Help coordinate marketing projects by acting as a liaison between marketing team and vendors. Manage samples, sample closet and sample returns for my departments. Since one of my areas is Fine Watches, I'm also in charge of the Fine Watch safe. Organization and upkeep is pivotal when dealing with samples.

- As the Temporary Operations and E-Commerce Assistant I worked under the Operations Manager to manage online orders, product inventory, logistics, and customer service. - Excel, Shipstation, and Shopify were used daily to fulfill orders, track and manage inventory, and accurately update product inventory.

- Responsible for all online orders - managed order fulfillment, packaging, and USPS outgoing and incoming mail, such as returns. Online order invoices and tracking was all done via Shopify. - Answered all emails via the companies customer service Gmail and made phone calls to customers when necessary. - Merchandised the Shopify site - uploaded new products weekly with creative product descriptions and SEO tactics. Moved products to different sections of the site, such as the sale section, and created price deductions or promo codes when needed.

- Planned photoshoots in unique locations around the area, and helped conduct them.- Planned social media posts for the Henri Girl Instagram and Facebook accounts using Foursixty and Hootesuite. Created a custom social media calendar at the beginning of every month.- Ran the brand's online platform and assisted with creative marketing. - Overall helped rebrand Heritage Apparel for about half a year- Ran all social media accounts for Heritage Apparel during the rebranding period- Created a team of social media influencers that I managed daily - Researched new marketing techniques to help grow the brand - Remade the website using Shopify- Created email marketing - Assisted in E-commerce management - Brand Development and strategizing

- Worked the front desk of the Registrar office at Florida State University- Responsible for a certain amount of emails everyday, answering the Registrar main line and transferring calls or adequately answering questions on my own, leading students in the right direction or creating appointments when they come in, and inputting data into the universities data base. - Helped students drop and add their classes, update their student preferences and information, meet with their dean of studies, and more.

Maintain chapter records and alumni relations, manage the chapter website and all social media outlets, employ marketing strategies, and organize chapter composites.

Responsible for a blog post every week for the online blog and three main articles for the magazine. As an Art Assistant, I worked under the Art Directors to create the layouts and graphic designs, and choose fonts for the magazine.
