I love solving problems. It brings challenges that keep my mind active, creative, and open to different perspectives. But the greatest joy of it is seeing and sharing the successful results... the relief of a burden unloaded, the smile from a prolonged suffering, and the happiness and excitement towards moving on.It is the main reason why I started and stayed in the Information Technology (IT) field for almost 27 years now. The IT landscape is always changing. Each change comes with new learnings, standards, procedures, and approaches. In parallel, these present new challenges, problems, and issues, which I enjoy taking on. From my humble beginnings taking roles as a junior computer programmer, a part-time preschool computer teacher, a computer encoder, a computer technician, a system administrator, an IT infrastructure manager, and a technical support manager up to starting my own IT services business, I have amassed a wealth of experience, knowledge, and skills in various areas of IT. Through online courses, webinars, and lots of reading, I continue to stay abreast of current trends and technologies. With these, I can solve technical issues fast and with efficiency.The values of respect, kindness, honesty, and empathy were ingrained to me while growing up. The chance to work at different countries (Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Australia) with diverse people and cultures, further contributed to making these values innate in everything I think, do, and say. As a result, a friendly demeanour comes naturally when I deal with people, personally and professionally.
