I began my Langley career in 2010 as a teller. I quickly fell in love with banking and advanced to Senior teller as soon as the opportunity arose. I decided to further my love of assisting members and became a Financial Service Representative in 2015. During that time I cross trained tellers on how to achieve better sales and use the tools the system offered in order to feel more confident while assisting those members. This lead me to become a Support Services Representative in the Plastic Card Department in the beginning of 2017. There I assisted staff and members with their credit and debit needs, as well as maintenance these cards, balance general ledgers, ATMs, etc. From there I became a Correspondent Loan Specialist. I was in change of the buying process of mortgage loans from a number of local realty companies. All of the knowledge I obtained from these various positions now aids in my current position; Business Analyst. I use my expertise daily to help assist the different departments within the credit union.
