Proving Quality Control & Internal Validation for Group 10 Apache Pilots & Maintenance Courses

Supporting & Teaching/Guiding Adaptive Skiing to individuals from the Combined Services Disability Ski Team (CSDST) & now currently know as the Armed Forces Para-Snowsport Team (AFPST).Delivering Mountain Biking to Service personnel in various areas of Scotland.

Responsible for 30 plus Staff/2-300 Children for up to the duration of 6 weeks.Planning and implementing the recreation programme, while checking all recreation facilities and risk assessments provided by the host school.Check equipment inventories and supervise the safekeeping of equipment.Ensure the effective supervision and safety of students when participating in recreation activities.Actively participate in recreation activities personally as other duties allow.Prepare the weekly staff duty rota.Ensure Teacher/Student Ratio’s are adhered too Staff/Teachers are allocated to recreational and sporting activities.Direct Staff/Teachers on Recreational programme and responsibilities.Direct Staff/Teachers and National Leaders when required.Liaise with National Leaders to assist with optional excursions.Monitor student attendance, behaviour and administer appropriate action if required.Liaise with other Senior Staff to discuss the recreational programme and plan future events.Take responsibility for the Course Director when required for financial and processing of accounts for Windsor.Provide feedback for Staff/Teachers and Reports.

Provide policy & direction to enable the swiftest return to duty or smoothest transition to civilian life for seriously Wounded, Injured or long-term Sick Service personnel.• Manage Public Equipment and Motor Transport fleet.• Identify and facilitate adaptive sport & adventurous training for 1175 x “core” wounded, injured & sick per annum.• Develop and maintain relationships with all relevant Services, Charities and up to 30 x Carnegie Great Outdoors personnel, facilitating appropriate advice to patients and their families.• Line Manager for Military and Civilian personnel.
