Recent achievements include the publication of the EHRC’s report into anti-Semitism in the Labour Party, launching an inquiry into racial inequality of workers in health and social care and a recent announcement about the enforcement of Gender Pay Gap Reporting.

Part of my work also involved providing effective office management as well as handle IT issues and support for junior members of staff. I was also responsible for delivering effective PR enhancement for a number of luxury lifestyle brands including wallpaper designer Cole & Son, performance fabric manufacturer Sunbrella and Kenzo Takada.

I worked on the public services desk with the purpose of securing positive media coverage and increasing the reputation of the organisation’s work on the environment and council services and as a provider of open spaces. I also work with colleagues to address both media opportunities and reputational risks and create engaging content through earned media. Highlights include the delivery of media handling for CHOGM 2018 on behalf of the City Corporation, highlighting air quality improvements in the City of London and the promotion of London’s most famous open spaces including Hampstead Heath and Epping Forest.

I supported the upgrade and implementation of the organisation's Oracle based financial and property management systems. The programme of work involved much cultural and technological change and areas such as project management, change management, systems testing, stakeholder management and internal communications, all of which I supported or briefly led on.

I provided administrative support to the office, including managing the director and assistant director’s diary of events; analysing, monitoring and reporting the organisation's various social media accounts; training staff on social media platforms; supporting the office manager with the management of the office budget and supporting the broad range of projects that were carried out by the office. Highlights including training staff to use social media and deliver corporate induction sessions on behalf of the department.

I proactively engaged with the press to highlight organisational activities and events, organised the distribution of publications and promotional materials for the annual Lord Mayor’s Show and delivered the monthly induction course on behalf of the department. I also provided support for a number of high-profile events including the annual Lord Mayor’s Show and the Diamond Jubilee Celebrations of 2012.

I worked with the head of Prime Minister’s campaigns to manage campaigns across a number of the Prime Minister’s priorities including cross-government campaigns on gender and diversity. I held responsibility for reviewing applications for campaign funding and supported the coordination of Brexit communications across government departments.
