Having led the successful deployment of large scale programs, I now work in partnership with companies, to understand needs and explain the business value/outcomes of Intelligent Buildings. My successes within the built environment are based on ICONICS IBSS modular smart building solutions that are portable across vertical markets including manufacturing, banking, retail, health, aerospace and beyond. Products drive outcomes in Digital Workplace user experience and productivity, and Sustainability/Facilities Management, facilitating maintenance and energy efficiencies.The ICONICS solution provides the ability to produce a ‘top-down' over-arching, long-term solution in line with directives for data integration, analytics and innovation. Situational Awareness (Business Intelligence) can transform IT from a cost centre to a strategic value driver to exploit big data and improve services across business streams. The ICONICS product suite allows for expansion of requirement and scalability of design, therefore no costly redesign to replace everything after a few years of life.

Project Management of major Situational Awareness software implementation to the Water Industry.
