A Chartered Accountant (CA) having more than 47 years of experience. Have nurtured hundreds of students in the last five decades to built their career in CA profession. A man of principal and governance had started his life at the great warrior city of Maharana Pratap at Chittorgarh in the state of Rajasthan (India) with unmatched academic records and displaying leadership skills amongst peers. Always followed the high value systems of a traditional humble family imbibed since childhood. Completed B.Com in 1971 with second rank from University of Udaipur. Have built the professional career on his own in Mumbai with blessings of parents. Cleared Chartered Accountancy degree with first class marks in 1974 with one year remission by ICAI in training. From there the real life journey started in Mumbai and is currently the Founder Chairman of R Kabra & Co LLP with 7 branches/offices across India. Have garnered experience in Audit, Taxation, Management Consultancy, Due Diligence, M&A and Cross-Border Advisory. Had been former President of CAs Association in Mumbai. Have been a registered Valuer with Government of India for shares and securities and was on various committees of ICAI/WIRC. My life revolves around four principles: Responsibilities, Knowledge, Confidence and Admirability in the society.Have been part of many social organisations, charitable trusts for medical aids, educational activities, student hostels, relief to BPL families with a single intent to return back to the society. Currently also serving as Artha-Mantri of Akhil Bharat Varshiya Maheshwari Mahasabha (ABMM). Recently authored a book titled as "Financial Health Check through Forensic Audit" (June,2020) and also another book titled as 'Quality manual for Practising CAs' which is published by WIRC of ICAI in August 2021
