With 20 years experience in senior strategic engagement, Carl is a highly relational and engaging leader and has built effective national and international networks, partnerships and relationships at both a macro and micro level.Carl currently leads senior external networking engagement at London City Mission, engaging with senior church leaders, strategic Christian leaders, charities, parliamentarians, in the media and beyond, sharing the heart and vision of LCM.Beyond London City Mission, Carl is the Chair of the wider City Mission Movement, a network of 16 City Missions across the UK and Ireland.Carl is an experienced and engaging communicator and as founding CEO of Faith in Later Life (FiLL) spoke to c.6 million people across UK broadcast media, including on national TV news channel GB News. Carl retains an Ambassadorial role at FiLL, continuing to advocate for their work, and for older people more broadly.Carl is also privileged to serve on the Board of NGO Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) UK, part of the international MAF family.Carl enjoys executive leadership and life coaching providing impactful support and interventions to both individuals and organisations.
