The Sustainability Communications Leader leads a team of Beloit College student peers to research, promote, and implement communication best practices for the Sustainability office. Responsibilities, including but not limited to:• Come up with and use consistent vocabulary for how Beloit College talks about sustainability. • Create effective and true marketing about issues and projects that accurately convey the costs and benefits of decisions. • Effectively brand all events that the Sustainability office undertakes so the efforts of sustainability staff can be seen across campus and in the community.• Organize educational events that bring sustainability to the forefront of campus conversation.

The BATV Producer is tasked with finding, planning, shooting, editing, and creating content to be broadcasted on Beloit Access Television, as well as assisting with general studio operations including programming and productions done in the studio.The BATV Producer is primarily responsible for the production of the city of Beloit's monthly show, Beloit Today. The BATV Producer may also assist in the operation, livestreaming, and live broadcasting of the city of Beloit’s biweekly city council meetings.

Students are coached by experienced business executives and receive 176 hours of skills training in addition to over 225 hours of real-work experience.
