Regularly performed tests on products, ran virtual machines and/or real hardware for corner-case scenarios, and observed specific issues over extended lengths of time. Used different internal software as necessary to both find and report issues or to help extend usability for the user. A lot of analyzing and critical thinking went into making the products overall better.

Worked as an extra hand with I.T. maintenance. Performed regular building maintenance, including fixing holes/chips in the ice, monitoring skate rental, janitorial duties, shoveling snow from the zamboni snow-pit, filing first aid kit inventories, setting up chairs/tables, and lots more. Regularly skate-guarded on the ice during public skate sessions, helping people in good faith, and alerting supervisors to unforeseen events such as people not following the rules or getting hurt and requiring first aid.
