MMAB (today IcapeMMAB) was an international PCB supplier operating in Sweden, Finland, Czechia, Hungary and China. The Business concept of MMAB was to provide the customer with quick turn prototype PCB’s from the own PCB-factory in Malmö, Sweden and by using the own trading set-up in China to secure medium to high volume PCB's. First thing done was to set-up a completely refurbished laboratory in Malmö. Together with production manager, Mats Hansson, I structured and moved the Company 30 years in time to the 2020:s by investing in new equipment and by rebuilding the plant. All done by a quarter of estimated cost and during a very short time period. Partly achieved by acquiring a competitor.Negotiated and updated all the agreements and the supplier base in Asia. Made a turnaround on the Finish market together with the Finish staff. Same thing in Czechia. I ended by preparing the company so it was very well prepared for the pandemic situation. At the same time I prepared the company for potential buyers.
