• Assists in developing editing standards based on strategic goals for quality and timeliness.• Implements process, procedures and audit trails to ensure compliance with editing standards.• Directs efforts toward quality documentation, providing procedures and process-related training for all Transcripts staff. • Identifies relevant quality-related training needs. Continuing education resources/training materials are identified and made available to keep Transcripts staff updated on issues such as editing and proofreading skill enhancements, communication/dictation skill enhancements, etc.• Monitors team performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.• Participate in improvement projects.

• Creates publication-quality transcripts of high speed, multi-speaker events involving specialized terminology in a paired team environment. Each role is dependent on the other and must be coordinated precisely with the other team member to produce final output. Work may be performed in either live-call or from recorded-call material.• Collaborates with peers and Team Leaders to continuously improve the transcription workflow process• Identifies and reports any or gaps in policies/procedures• Contributes towards process improvement through error checks, audit suggestions and tool enhancements.• Collects other Business Information, such as private company profiles, as required by S&P Global.

• Manages resources and performs technical duties related to the maintenance and operation of district LAN, WAN, telephone, messaging and communication systems.• Guides resources in the editing, inputting and maintenance of network-related security system files; provides oversight of adds/deletes of users and assigns rights within the data and voice network framework.• Ensures the expeditious resolution of network-level communications problems to ensure users continuous access to all available networks.• Provides training, consulting and long-term strategic planning to staff in the operation of LAN,WAN, email and related equipment.• Works with telecommunications providers to secure the highest quality products and services atthe lowest cost.• Maintains records and prepares reports related to network equipment, service and parts.

• Responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of all services to the client and ensuring that those services are continually improved in the interests of the client.• Ensures continuous improvements are being implemented for the client’s business.• Prepares, generates and develops client presentations, data validation and first-level analysis of reports to be presented to internal and external stakeholders in the form of leadership meetings.• Presents business results, initiatives and other data.• Documents and effectively communicates all initiatives, new processes or enhancements.• Analyzes reports and provides trending and analysis as appropriate on performance delivery, efficiency and financial goals.
