Responsible for Project Management and day to day management of new South Gloucestershire Local Plan. - Scoping and implementing approach to plan from Options stage (Reg 18) through to EiP and adoption.- Formulating and implementing strategy, evidence base and policy approach including; Housing and Economic Availability Assessment (HELAA), urban and rural.

• Bristol Central Area Plan. SEA/SA currently to Full Report and Screening Statement HRA
• Bristol Local Flood Risk Management Strategy. SEA/SA currently to Full Report stage.Oversee research relating to the preparation, analysis and stakeholder involvement for adopted and emerging Retail Planning policies.
• Transport and Air pollution evidence for the Bristol Core Strategy HRA.

Researching and preparing new LDF system for Bristol City Council. Working directly on interpreting, analysising and implementing Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 to ensure sound delivery of Bristol City Council planning documents. Extensive work on; preparing Statement of Community Involvement, Core Strategy; policy steer and support in preparing.
