In 2019, I made a transition from the finance industry to McQueen Mackin & Associates, where I assumed the role of Head of Advanced Analytics and Technology. Stepping into this position, I was tasked with solving technical challenges involved in developing two new tool-based solutions for existing clients. My responsibilities included designing and implementing the underlying models, as well as providing strategic guidance throughout the development process. This experience allowed me to leverage my expertise in backend solutions and strategic thinking. It was during this tenure that I began to identify opportunities for starting my own company.

From January 2018 to January 2019, I transitioned to the business side of Wells Fargo Advisors, where I led a team focused on enhancing field analytics. In this capacity, my responsibilities included overseeing field reporting, goal-setting, and trajectory modeling for financial advisors. Additionally, my team played a crucial role in identifying solutions to address regulatory changes and findings that could impact financial advisors and their clients. We worked closely with stakeholders to develop proactive strategies and ensure compliance while minimizing disruptions to client services.

From 2015 to 2018, I transitioned to a data science role at Wells Fargo, where we collaborated with various groups across the company. Our responsibilities included implementing predictive models, evaluating performance metrics, forecasting outcomes based on specifications, and monitoring the progress of different objectives. Additionally, we assisted in identifying unique solutions to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

From 2013 to 2015, I served at the Innovation and Analytics Lab of Wells Fargo Advisors. My responsibilities included evaluating programs aimed at supporting and enhancing the performance of Financial Advisors and their teams. I leveraged databases, advanced analytics, and statistical modeling techniques to assess program effectiveness, conduct comparative analyses, and identify suitable Financial Advisors for specific programs through predictive modeling. Furthermore, I actively contributed to the establishment of the Innovation Lab by proposing innovative programs and ideas to drive productivity within the firm.

From 2008 to 2013, I worked as an Operations Analyst at Wells Fargo Advisors. In this role, I leveraged the operations and organizational databases to optimize processes and develop innovative solutions for time-sensitive business challenges. Additionally, I provided strategic and technological expertise that contributed to the successful execution of a major merger.
