My goals are to bring technology to the in store experience and work to ensure the Customer Experience (CX) is always at the forefront.While in this role, I was responsible for developing the functional understanding and requirements for internal digital solutions, generally used as a test bed for new features and functions, as well as external digital solution. We found that at the time, there was not a platform that existed allowing for the interactive experience that we were looking to create, so we worked to create our own by compiling a grouping of systems and services from vendor partners, such as Adobe, Quividi, Breezeboard, and others. This required hardware and media players that would run the system. I worked with various vendor partners, expanded existing vendor relationships as well as established new relationships to ensure that their solutions would meet a performance level as well as a price level.Additionally, I was still responsible for the corporate infrastructure. During this time I led a hybrid transition from local file servers to cloud options such as Google Drive. I managed facility and vehicle maintenance, internal IT planning, support, and deployment of a mixed OS infrastructure of 60+ Macintosh, Windows, and Debian based OS's.
