Development of audit database and reporting for presentation at executive committee.Responsible for the maintenance, development and implementation across all business functions of Safety, Health and Environment Policy, Management and Risk standards supporting the SHE Management System. Provision of Business Continuity and Crisis Management support.Management of the Occupational Health surveillance provision for SSE Group as part of an integrated risk-management programme related to the prevention of ill-health.

Management of a group providing advisory service for management of EHS, emergency response, risk management, loss prevention and security for the safe and sustainable operation of large high-hazard chemical site.Strategy development and Management System implementation for continuous compliance with EHS legislation and Global Company Standards.Key interface with Environment Agency and HSE, developing and enhancing business reputation with regulatory authorities. Internal and external auditing to International and Company Global standards, for UK and International audits in Singapore and third-part supplier audits in India ensuring safe and secure operation of facilities.Governance of Process Safety, Risk Management and Business Continuity Planning to minimise and manage major accident hazards.
