Carl Stamp is a Board Member, Advisor, Investor and Consultant, serving public and private companies in the medical device and medtech industries. With extensive executive level commercial and operating leadership experience, he provides multi-disciplinary insights in: ~ M&A targeting, strategy and due diligence~ Product portfolio strategy and alignment~ Domestic and international market and growth initiatives~ Executive leadership assessments~ Customer development Prior to creating his consulting company Carl previously served as the Sr. Vice President of Smiths Medical, and held numerous executive management roles with Medtronic. He maintains a strong commitment to the Medical Device industry serving as an advisor and mentor to entrepreneurs through his memberships with the Minneapolis based angel investing group, Gopher Angels, as well as the University of Minnesota's Office of Technology Commercialization. Carl also serves as a board member for SonoStik and EXB Solutions, Access Airways, as well as the Bakken Museum, and actively advises multiple early stage Med-tech companies. Carl holds a BS in Biomedical - Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa.
