StartUp Village is the newest Idea Stage Incubator in the Philippines. My role is to build our portfolio of start-ups and link them to potential investors. Furthermore, I help develop programs to support their development so that they have a higher chance of being funded and succeeding in the industries they are in.

Conducted inspirational and educational talks on Entrepreneurship for various organizations around the Philippines with the desire of creating an Entrepreneurial nation.

Developed Entrepreneurship curriculums for the Department of Education, particularly for K-12 and the refined TLE subject. Developed and implemented strategies that helped move the foundation. Developed and managed relationships between key partners and suppliers of the foundation. Managed, marketed and promoted various projects of the Foundation pertaining to its advocacy of Entrepreneurship. Created programs for the various partners of the organization. Prepared and developed Entrepreneurship training materials for the Foundation. Conducted and facilitated Entrepreneurship training activities all over the Philippines.

Responsible for creating and executing strategies to help grow the merchant and user base of MobKard, a mobile and web application that helps merchants and customers connect and engage with each other through real time and location based promotions via a digital mobile card.

Marketed and developed business for the company.

Consultant for the integration of Entrepreneurship into the National Secondary Curriculum. This includes the development of the Framework used by all Public schools as well as review of related materials.

Responsible for managing non-government sector donors and implementors for the areas affected by Typhoon Yolanda. In addition, found more partners and donors interested in supporting the rehabilitation effort. Also responsible for connecting projects and organizations to potential partners and funders. Championed new projects such as Rural Health Centers as well as Multi-Use Facilities.

Responsible for developing and growing this new business where Talents are connected with Clients. Involved in Brand development, website traffic growth, client development. Developed brand and marketing strategy. Oversaw Website development, web architecture and design.

Managed daily nationwide operations of the company. Discovered, assessed, developed and recommended business strategies that helped in the overall growth of the company. Managed maintained company relationships with foreign as well as local clients business partners. Established and strengthened relationships between partners and suppliers. Created and managed events that helped in the development of new businesses. Co-edited the Nursing Informatics Journal.

Marketed and integrated the Know About Business Modules of the ILO into the Secondary High School Curriculum of the Department of Education (DepEd). Monitored and participated in the pilot and national cascading of the program nationwide. Conducted training as one of only two accredited National Key Facilitators of the Know About Business Program of the ILO.
