- Monitors commodity sales and movements within the logistics chain, communicates progress and resolves issues with our stakeholders.
- Guarantees proper understanding of sales contract or procurement trade blotter prior to its execution, loading and transportation of materials in SAP for commodities: Petroleum, Diesel, Nickel, Copper and Carbon.
- Applies deep technical knowledge of BHP’s resources, trade and customer operations to maximize the value in use of our products and our resources.
- Plans and executes (in coordination with the Maritime and Supply Chain Excellence sub-function) the movement of product from the asset handover point to the market for outbound products and from suppliers to the asset.
- Ensures all account receivables and payables are paid properly in accordance with the contract’s payment term.
