Carlo is a certified public accountant, a licensed professional teacher, and a certified bookkeeper with a master's degree in business administration. He has a passion for teaching and research and a strong accounting and business data management background.He served as the research director at Binalbagan Catholic College (BCC) for years, teaching accounting, business analytics, research, and statistics courses. He also led the research office of the school, offering research and statistics consultancy services to various clients and stakeholders. He contributed to the development and implementation of the school's research agenda, policies, and programs, and facilitated the dissemination and utilization of research outputs. He was instrumental in securing grants, partnerships, and collaborations for the school's research projects. He helped enhance the research capacity and culture of the school and supported the academic success and professional growth of the students and faculty.
