In this period, I covered several functions, among which the ones of Plant manager and Project manager.By nature, I have excellent leadership skills and a business growth and operational optimisation oriented strategic vision.By practicing my profession, I managed to refine my management and organisational skills, to adapt to several working environments I had the pleasure to create around me by using advanced management softwares and by directly producing databases and spreadsheets for result analysis.I managed to build successful relations with customers and suppliers, I have a rich experience in the field of production needs analysis and of staff and quality management.Thanks to my entrepreneurial spirit, I can dedicate myself entirely to the company, making the company’s objectives and needs my own priorities, beyond working times and days.Thanks to my charachter and also to the working relations I managed to build with people, I’m oriented to meeting targets.
