IT Project Manager responsible for leading and coordinating the key IT projects which sustain the business evolution and the technical/application architecture review.Duties among others: Define and keep updated the Project Master Plan for the involved IT areasHighlight critical tasks or resources mismatch that can extend the project deadlinesCompute and control the actual expenses incurred by the IT DepartmentSupport the Business Project Manager in preparing the Executives Steering Committee and Operative Meetings Handle periodic meetings with the IT Department, to get control over the planned activitiesHandle periodic meetings with suppliers and system integrators, to check the progress of the technical/functional analysis, define the UAT cases and control the software releasesDevelop strong relationships within the Organization and the Regions, involving all necessary departments.

Lead plant production and maintenance personnel to ensure the safe and efficient maintenance of equipment and facilities.Ensure the efficient processing of incoming recyclable materials while maintaining end product quality standards.Ensure preventative maintenance and repairs of all material handling systems and equipment to minimize downtime.Works with Plant Maintenance Supervisor in planning, budgeting, organizing resources, executing work plans, monitors production and quality, co-ordinates priorities, resolves issues and participates in special projects and work schedules.Hire, direct, coach and mentor staff to ensure performance targets are being met.Ensures that all staff subordinates are suitably trained/qualified/licensed for the various tasks and jobs they must complete. This includes but not limited to Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), fall arrest, confined space entry, hot work permits, fire extinguishers, lift truck operation, etc.Plans, organizes, implements and monitors work schedules/external suppliers consistent with the normal needs of the plant and special projects.Ensure site compliance to all labour, safety, and environmental regulations.Prepare management reporting as required.Ensure that Health and Safety requirements are being met by supporting and participating in regular Health & Safety meetings.

- Build technology for generating new revenue streams like media exchange, cloud, apps store etc. and enable technology innovation. Help develop the business ecosystem for the new revenue stream business by carrying a revenue target.- Strategizing, planning & ensuring implementation of IT projects for all lines of business unit (mobile, telemedia, DTH, AES).- Ensuring and validating the technical architecture for telco and enterprise applications and IT infrastructure inline with the global trends.- Driving and executing IT requirements and implementing off-the-self and in-house developed applications. This includes process optimization and standardization. -Building a standardized, scalable, robust IT infrastructure that includes telco B&CC, call (contact) center technology and service delivery platforms for value added services.-Govern the IT contracts, SLAs linked to penalty and bonuses. Continue to enhance and improve on current outsourcing model-Building proper internal control systems and procedures within the technology function that are subjected to external audits-Ensuring internal user’s satisfaction scores through formal business engagement models with various departments like marketing, customer service, finance, HR, regulatory etc.
