Reporting directly to the Chairman of the Board of Directors, I chaired the role of CFO of Demas Group, made up by 4 entities, coordinating 13 resources.As extraordinary activity I've build up a consolidated and per division Business Plan in order to present the Group to new investors. After the manifest interest by the Private Equity fund LBO France I managed directly or as supervisor all due diligence activities needed for the deal that, signed May 2020, moved the assets of the Group under the control of the fund.Independently I chaired directly the controlling function with the drafting of consolidated and divisional periodic reports and analyses.I have redacted all the statutory financial statements as well as the related consolidated financial statements in collaboration with professionals and consultants.On an interim basis I held the role of human resources manager coordinating the resource that deals with all operational aspects of function.After the signing of the deal and all the proper handovers at the end of July 2020 I've decided to embark on a different journey.

Reporting directly to the company C.E.O and the private equity funds representatives I’ve been focused on building and then managing an efficient controlling system.This activity was firstly based on the full knowledge of the company and then on the ideation of a costing model to define the cost of the product with all the detailed specifications required by the two highly differentiated business lines of the company (Pharmaceutical and Biological).I was also in charge of the administrative function, so I supervised and coordinate all administrative and accounting offices and realized the statutory financial statement.During years 2013-2014 I supervised as project manager the constitution of a commercial company in Pakistan both from Italy and with presence on the foreign country.During the year 2014, assisting the CEO, I actively participated to the due diligence activities dedicated to the sale of the company to different counterparts.This required the production of an organic set of information, reports and data analysis and the direct support to the CEO and the counterpart’s teams dedicated to the company evaluations also through the planning and the administration of a virtual data room for information exchanges.After the change of ownership I was also in charge of the reporting activities required by the Group finalized to the consolidation of all financial information. In order to fulfill this activity I supervised the internal transaction from the Italian GAAP to the international accounting standards (IFRS) and learned and used the consolidation application call IDL.The responsibility over the IT department completed my appointment.

Reporting to to the Group CFO and to Administrative Office Manager my principals activities were linked to the production of the Consolidated Financial Statement of Bialetti Group such as:- to cooperate with the Administrative Manager on the production of the Consolidated Financial Statement, monthly, for internal use, and quarterly for all stock market requirements- to coordinate, assist and control all foreign subsidiaries on the production of monthly statutory and management account reporting packages.- to check and control all intercompany elisions and relations- to maintain and coordinate activities with auditors for the subsidiariesDuring the period spent in Bialetti Industries I was the person in charge for the implementation of Oracle HFM Hyperion software for the Group Consolidated Financial Statement.The project was completed between 2012 and 2013 with the final output of a Statutory Consolidated Financial Statement build in the system and automatically reported in the format for the Stock Market official publication.

Reporting to the Controlling Dept. responsible, member of a three people team, my principals activities concerned :- Group Reporting activity on basic entities such as sales (at division, geographic areas and product’s level) and credits (ageing analysis).- To control the bundles of consolidation for the subsidiary companies in the Group, in particular check and control of all the intercompany elisions and analysis of their impacts.- Supervision and assistance to the subsidiaries on building and producing traditional reporting formats.- Budgeting : Building, compiling and controlling of the budget models for all the companies of the group ;- Benchmarking activity on main competitors’ financial data.

Reporting to the Controlling Dept. responsible, member of a four people team, my principals activities concerned :- Collaboration in building the Top management’s monthly report (Tableau de Board);- Production of the weekly and monthly management information: providing report of the parent company and consolidating the ones from the others companies of the group such as sales, orders and purchases reports; Commercial KPI’s and Forecast.- Budgeting and cost accounting.- Implementation and updating of the company’s Activity Based Costing Model.- Maintenance and management of the company price list according to the logics of the ABC Model, activities of product cost’s and margin’s analysis.- Cost analysis and quotations for custom products.
