Carlo holds a PhD in Energy and Transport from University College London (UCL) on ‘The potential of hydrogen as a fuel for international shipping’. He leads many research activities looking at low-carbon marine fuels and the economic assessment of zero-emissions vessels.An engineer of energy systems, carbon reduction and resource efficiency.
