I have been working in the customer service industry for nearly six years now. It all began when I was in my first year of college, working as a Counter/Cashier personnel at Jollibee Food Corporation. After spending over a year there, I decided to explore new opportunities and joined McDonald's Philippines. During my three years at McDonald's, I started as a Crew Trainer and eventually became a Manager Trainee.While still in college, I applied to a well-known BPO company in the Philippines and was fortunate enough to get hired. I worked there for six months before graduating. Once I completed my college education, I found a job in a multinational company as a Customer Service Specialist. I was drawn to this role because I genuinely enjoy working in customer service and providing assistance to others.In August 2023, I achieved a significant milestone in my career by passing the board licensure examination and obtaining my license as a Registered Psychometrician. This certification allows me to conduct Level A and B psychological tests and assessments. It has expanded my knowledge and capabilities, and I am eager to apply my skills in various aspects of the Human Resources department. I believe that my background as a Registered Psychometrician can bring valuable insights and contribute to areas such as talent management and employee development.I am grateful for the diverse experiences I have gained in customer service and the opportunity to combine my passion for helping others with my expertise in psychological assessments. I look forward to furthering my career and making a positive impact in both customer service and the HR field.
