• Prepares cost planning / estimates in various stages of different developments.• Prepares monthly drawdown reports for various financial institutions including work in progress valuation, cost to complete forecasting and period – end reporting.• Provides assessment and recommendation of projects monthly progress claim and construction variations. • Provides quantity measurement in accordance with the Australian Standard Method of Measurement.• Ensures all contractual agreements are in line with the project.• Provides support to Directors, Associates and Senior Quantity Surveyors in quantity measurement.

• Prepares weekly and monthly projected accomplishment and monitors the project cash flow.• Provides project status information regarding actual expenditures vs. projected budget from detailed level for the project coordinators to management level reports as required by the top management.• Provides profit and loss analysis report for the project and complete cost engineering services to the project manager.• Prepares progress claim and monthly report including project financial position, cash flow and contract variation status.• Provides variation identification, recording & costing.• Supports the Senior Estimator and Estimating Manager in quantity take-off and cost estimates.
