I have a longstanding experience (10+), including the last 2 years as executive VP, in the operations of a multinational company working in the Iron and Steel Industry, for which I have launched a start-up created through a spin-off and I have managed an international team of 60 people with a turnover of about € 50 million.After completing an Executive MBA at MIP, I have consolidated my strategic vision and entrepreneurial attitude in the role of Sales & Marketing Director of a leading company in the Design and Luxury Real Estate, for which I have defined and implemented the sales strategy, guided the internationalization process in the US, West EU, East EU, and Far East, and hit the goal of increasing the volume of business in the target markets.As Executive and Business Coach, thanks to the contamination with managers and leaders of each sector as well as my natural tension towards continuous improvement, allow me to daily develop listening skills, critical thinking, empathy, creativity and focus on the goal.
