My research focuses on the design and development of novel therapeutics agents, both covalent and non-covalent, targeting protein-protein, and protein-ligand interactions in cancer, neurodegenerative, and pulmonary diseases. Extensive experience in Structure- and Fragment- Based Drug Design (S/FBDD) guided in particular by biophysical techniques such as NMR spectroscopy and ITC, as well as in the development and implementation of novel drug discovery techniques.
