SCOA supports the customers in several areas, ranging from training and business results improvement to change and innovation management. Since 2003 The School of Coaching has been offering programs to train people who want to adopt business coaching at a professional level with very high quality standards.The School also offers training in various soft skill development areas, such as leadership, creativity and change management.In the School I am one of the supervisors of the people that are attending the training to become Business Coach, I support the operations of the School and I manage several innovation projects.
