I am an Information Technology Engineer with a consolidated experience in structured and complex business environments gained in positions involving increasing levels of managerial responsibility and enabling me to develop and apply my skills to Application Management Outsourcing Services, based on ITIL best practices.My position as Head of Application Management Services and Customer Support demanded a specific skill set in order to provide services to major customers operating in Energy, Utilities, Telecommunications and Manufacturing.
