I am an Information Technology Engineer with a consolidated experience in structured and complex business environments gained in positions involving increasing levels of managerial responsibility and enabling me to develop and apply my skills to Application Management Outsourcing Services, based on ITIL best practices.My position as Head of Application Management Services and Customer Support demanded a specific skill set in order to provide services to major customers operating in Energy, Utilities, Telecommunications and Manufacturing. I was in charge of defining service models and assessing cost models, acting as Transition Manager during the start-up of new services and as Program and Service Manager in order to coordinate their performance and delivery.I also have experience as Account, Customer Manager and Technical Account Manager where my remit focused on managing customer relationships and developing new opportunities both linked to evolutionary maintenance projects for the applications in the managed portfolios and to Cloud, Smart Working e Digital Transformation scope.I have excellent negotiating skills and enjoy team work.
