Worked with an off-shore development team who were new to Agile, to deliver a number of releases to enhance an existing platform. Had to coax the team away from detailed specifications, encourage discussion on design issues and foster a collective responsibility to get stories fully developed, tested and closed. A large part of this process was to get the team to always think of the bigger picture. By the third release of 2013, all stories were being closed within sprints and very few bugs were raised during UAT.
