Managed a multi-million grant and corporate joint-venture portfolio of economic and community development projects in the Dominican Republic, Haiti and the english-speaking Caribbean for an independent U.S. government agency. Led Foundation initiatives on corporate social responsibility, diaspora outreach/remittances and information communications technologies and development.
