I make house calls and repair all electronics from Network setup and server to smart phones and all Android devices. I have never once been beat for my prices. I also did work for some of my old Compucom Systems contacts which I still support to today. I even do work during non work hours to give a 24/7 level of help to my clients.

I have worked for Compucom through out the years on many rolls from basic desktop to project management. And I wish to stay here forever.

I have been with CompuCom now for over 16 years and served on many accounts. I would say my best asset is how fast I can adapt to my surrounding. Over the years I have worked on almost everything related to computers from servers to workstations, Supporting Wi-Fi and WiMax, Local and corporate networks, All types of hardware, Many mobile devices, Palm OS, Windows Mobile & Phone, Android OS and so much more it would take hours to list including applications. My goal is honestly to stay employed at CompuCom I have always been very happy here and being surrounded by great techs is always a plus.Specialties: I am now working for Aramark supporting the CEO and executives. I have a very broad range of abilities when it comes to computers. I can support servers, workstations, mobile devices and even write scripts.

I was just brought on to help support the CEO and executives in the same way I did for Sunoco’s CEO and senior staff. I also plan on helping out with the standard tickets and possible project work ahead. At this time in my transition I am certifying myself on all the supported hardware plus Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2007.

My 10 years at Sunoco I had various rolls from projects to desktop support. I basically supported Sunoco Marketing from software installs, laptop refresh projects to procurement advice.

I was contracted with Compucom to help out with the transition of this account after we won the contact and brought on most of the techs from the existing company. I supported the hardware on the servers plus assisted with account creations and maintaining the companies nightly backups. On the desktop side I handled the project work for machine upgrades and also helped with desktop tickets.

I was brought in to assist with the Y2K project. At first I was verifying the BIOS issues were resolved than tested software that could not be verified by the vendor it would work.

I was a contractor there doing the hardware tickets for the Desktop and Laptops that were damaged. Than after becoming certified on Compaq servers I was asked to also take care of the servers. After a few months I became an onsite tech helping out with helpdesk tickets.

I supported everyone from the CEO & executives to installing hardware and supporting software.

I provided desktop support and also was a backup admin on their Novell Application Servers. I helped support the Philadelphia off and Delaware locations. Another job function was to keep their images updated and tested on all hardware platforms.

I traveled 2 weeks per month around the US upgrading Desktop and Servers as part of a team upgrading over 2000 machines. During my time not traveling I supported via phone over 100 locations and locally providing in house support to corporate.

I was a temp for Inacom with Compucom systems and a few other companies.
