I love making things work and making the best out of what I have.I founded Nila Colori from a dream: to create a company where the people who work there could feel an active part of the final product. The path I chose to realize this vision was to keep artisanal manufacturing, based on traditional recipes, which could still be economically sustainable. I achieved this by optimizing and rationalizing the production processes with small ingenious ideas. My vocation of wanting to make what is around me work as best as possible thus finds its fulfillment.Man and nature become the protagonists in the development of production processes and in the management of the workplace.I can't help but take care of the well-being of those who work for me: it's almost an obsession to find the right compromise that brings satisfaction to every party involved.One aspect that I love to take care of is the search for the best raw materials for the manufacturing of products. I'm looking for unpaved ways to get semi-finished products at significantly lower costs than they would have in the main channels. I prefer to develop an ingenious additional step of the process to be carried out in the company, to obtain significant financial savings.
