Since I was a child I have been enchanted by the fascination of long-distance radio communications and by means of a toy radio transceiver I carry out my first experiments. A few years later I came knocking on the door of a local radio station that allowed me to make my debut as a radio host and subsequently to start my long career in the private radio sector; I have been radio host in more than 13 Italian radio stations between national, regional and local.My mother always said to me: "Buy an apartment, it's the best investment!". She was right. She has transferred to me the passion for real estate investments since I was 20. Experience, courses and books, I think I am a good expert in the real estate sector.But it is since I was a teenager that I have also developed a passion for doing business activities in various sectors. Since the internet has arrived in Italy I have tried more online businesses. Da li a qualche anno arrivai a bussare la porta di una radio locale comunitaria che mi consentì di esordire come conduttore radiofonico e successivamente di vivere la mia lunga carriera nel settore delle radio private; sono stato conduttore radiofonico in più di 13 emittenti radiofoniche tra nazionali, regionali e locali.Mia madre mi diceva sempre: "Compra un appartamento, è il miglior investimento!". Aveva ragione. E' lei che da quando avevo 20 anni mi ha trasferito la passione per gli investimenti immobiliari. Un po' l'esperienza, un po' i corsi e le letture, ritengo di essere un buon esperto nel settore del real estate.Ma è da quando ero adolescente che ho maturato anche la passione per il fare impresa. Da quando è arrivato internet mi sono cimentato in più business on-line. Nel 2001 ho fondato la prima azienda in Italia basata sul web specializzata nelle audio produzioni per uso telefonico che ancora oggi fortunatamente cresce con costanza.
