Turkey.The main purpose of the assignment was to identify and analyse promising energy efficiency opportunities, productivity improvement measures and environmental compliances within the factories, and to review the energy efficiency components already included in the investment plan under consideration by the EBRD.Senior Manager/Consultant (March/December2014 The main scope of the assignment , was to assess technical aspects, especially in terms of technology adopted, energy consumptions, and emissions by Technonicol the largest Russian Federation company involved in the production of construction materials, and mineral wool for insulation. The report was requested by EBRD in order to support them to evaluate and manage a large financing project in Technonicol

I was a managing director for the Insecogroup Milan office.My job was based on developing the company's business,through new clients'acquisition and supporting companies willing to expand their activities abroad especially China,Hong Kong and Far East where i directly supervised operations for italian companies.Main activities in this period were also; export and trade finance

I have been working in the marketing department of the Equity Market from January to May. More in detail, I was active in the STAR segment where I helped verify the requisites (liquidity, corporate information, corporate governance) of listed companies and later contributed in the organization of events to promote the segment in the financial community.

I was employed at the German merchant bank’s Milan office from July 2000 to February 2001. During this period, I worked in the back office (exchange transactions) and in the Trade Finance – Project Finance departments where I prepared analyses, and presentations. In the Trade Finance department, I also followed the documentary credit sector.

The first two months I worked as an assistant for the marketing department and took part in some internal projects drawing up reports, documents and Power Point presentations in English. As a member of a team of four consultants, I later took part in an extensive project that involved the computerization and logistic requalification of an important Milanese energy company and carried out part of the training organized for its personnel.
