I am creative, innovative and have an amazing sense of humor. I love people and helping out when I can. I love trying new things. I am not afraid to give my opinion, however, I will not put someone down who tried to do something. There is no right or wrong answer. Sometimes, it's just tweaking something to make it work, or improve the idea to make it better.CHANGE is not good. It is amazing! Some people are afraid at times. The concept of if it ain't broke don't fix it... is not true. It puts people behind of someone else. Be a leader NOT a follower.There are too many businesses, and people I see who are afraid to go the extra mile. They are lost at the end as there is a big barrier in front of them, they don't know how to get past the barrier... they make it a great big, thick stone wall... too difficult to climb. However, it's usually really simple to knock that down and get these people to the top... and stay there.INNOVATE, MAKE CHANGE, SPEAK YOUR MIND and SAY IT LIKE IT IS... Has been some of the key phrases which have gotten me to the leaps and bounds I am today! "Don't be a follower, be a leader" "Innovate and don't procrastinate", "Sustainable Is Key", "The Future Is Ours", "When There Is Less Traffic Flow... It's Time For Change or You Will Go Under" are several of my tough, but reality checks for many of my clients and prospects. "You may not like what I say, but in a few months or years, you will be upset you didn't listen" To be a leader.... You can't be a follower! You seriously have to watch what others are doing and think how you can do better. Your business, regardless of size, needs to work with one another instead of against eachother! "Donate Don't Dump!" There's a lot of things we can all do if we work with one another instead of against one another. We are in a society where one is watching their own backs instead of protected each other's back! Time to focus again on your own instincts instead of what the media and you want to absorb instead. It's time to open your door instead of closing it to everyone and when your doorbell rings you panic! As we continuously expand on common sense, realize that you can all make the difference by reflecting on the past and what things you enjoyed and how you wish it with the people of today and tomorrow... THEN... implement those ideas! BAM! You did your part! NOW! Challenge others to do the same... YOU are changing countless others.The Future Is Ours
